Hattingley Valley is a family-owned business located in Hampshire, and established in 2008 by Simon Robinson. It specialises in making premium English sparkling wines with Chardonnay, Pinot Noir and Pinot Meunier using the traditional method. The use of small oak barrels to ferment a proportion of their base wines is key to the signature Hattingley style.
Hattingley Valley has quickly established itself as one of the most celebrated producers of English sparkling wine, and to date is currently the only UK producer to win two ‘World Champion’ awards at the prestigious Champagne and Sparkling Wine World Championships.
The award-winning collection is produced by a talented winemaking team led by Emma Rice, who has won UK winemaker of the year twice; she will be at Planet of the Grapes to host the evening.
Tickets are available for £85 each or £450 for a table of six.
